Garden News

My corn really is high as an elephant's eye.

And I decided to do something about part of our weed patch in the front beds. I was drawn into a local nursery and loved all the bright colors. I'm crossing my fingers these are all clay-loving plants.

Did your garden get washed away with the rain?

gretchen--no, we still have our garden. the wind from several of the storms knocked over the plants, so i had to tie them all to stakes. with all the rain down here, i have had problems getting plants started. the seeds get too wet before they grow.
